Should WL include controllers and drivers? And if not how should it be measured?

Some argue that the power consumption of some controllers would be included in the measurement of both WL and WBEP, and therefore accounted for twice when calculating the AEC.

WL is defined as the nominal electric power input of the lighting system of the domestic range hood on the cooking surface. It is understood as being the sum of the power consumption values of each lighting point directed on the cooking surface.
