Must an importer register a product on EPREL if the non-EU manufacturer has an Authorised Representative in another EU state who already registered it?

Yes, all importers (EU businesses) who place a product on the market are required to register the model of the product they import in EPREL. Whilst the product information may be identical and there may be some duplication of effort. Other regulatory information will be different, for example, the date of placement on the market, the name and register address of the supplier etc.
