Should "standby" limits be met in those circumstances?

 In some products, when the door is open, a lamp is turned on to light up the inside. This could happen for example in ovens. 

This condition is not considered as being "standby", because it provides an extra functionality (illumination of the interior of the product) beyond a reactivation function or information display.
