Energy Efficient Products

Will the declaration of a calculation to one decimal place be tolerated?

The energy label contains information of energy consumption rounded up to the next integer.  This puts small lamps at a disadvantage. Example: An LED lamp with power 2.1 W would have to be shown with a label saying 3 kWh/1000h.

Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/2015 as amended by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/340 clearly states in Annex III table 3 that the energy consumption in on mode needs to be rounded up to the nearest integer, leaving no room for interpretation.
